What really makes coconut oil a super product?

What fatty acids does coconut oil contain?

Saturated fatty acids (about 95%), that is:

lauric acid about 50% (only found in mother’s milk, a natural antibiotic).

In oral hygiene

I recommend preparing a toothpaste that I have been using for a long time:

¼ glass of coconut oil,
½ glass of baking soda,
natural peppermint oil or other about 40 drops.

The paste prevents caries, improves the health of the gums and prevents their bleeding and pain. With time, it retracts the painful tooth necks, destroys bacteria and yeasts. Currently, everyone eats a lot of sugars and processed foods, that’s why the oral cavity is the best place for bacteria and yeast development and growth.

As a mouthwash. We rinse our mouths with just oil, which then melts and takes a liquid form. It should be squeezed through the teeth in one direction and the other. It strengthens enamel, bleaches teeth, treats periodontium and gum disease.

As a conditioner or hair mask. First, I massage the coconut oil into the hair and scalp. I leave it there for about 20 minutes and then I wash the hair with a regular shampoo. Coconut oil protects the hair against loss of elasticity, provides nutrients, heals the scalp ex. from dandruff. Hair regains its glow, elasticity.
For removing makeup. I put the coconut oil on a cotton ball and rub the eyes and face removing the make-up. It also moisturizes, nourishes and does not cause allergies.
As an antiperspirant. To prevent the unpleasant odor that is produced with sweat, you must prevent the growth of bacteria. So, you change the environment from acidic to alkaline. You should take similar steps as with the toothpaste. It works antifungal, antibacterial, additionally moisturizes, nourishes and does not irritate the skin. Store in a glass container. Put on your armpits in a small amount.
You can use the same product to cure various types of skin changes: acne, dermatitis, eczema, sunburn, psoriasis and decubitus-sore wounds.
